Green Wave Projects was established in 2015 as a Project Management Consulting Business in Hobart, Tasmania to cater to the Commercial and Residential Construction Sectors. The Director and Founder of Green Wave Projects, Claire Vervaart has a 25-year background in Construction Project Management, backed by dual degrees from The University of Melbourne. She has worked in Melbourne, Sydney, Tasmania and overseas.

- Integrated Physiotherapy, Antill St, South Hobart – $150k refurbishment and fitout of consulting suites with gymnasium, waiting room and staff meeting space for A Hutton.
- Cape Bruny Lighthouse, South Bruny Island – deliver improved Visitor Amenities, car parking and signage for Parks and Wildlife Services.
- Blowhole Road, Eaglehawk Neck, Tasman Peninsula – Amenities replacement with prefabricated toilet building and upgraded waste water treatment for Parks and Wildlife Services.
