About Green Wave Projects

Green Wave Projects was established in 2015 by Claire O’Toole, as a Project Management Consulting Business in Hobart, Tasmania to cater to the Commercial and Residential Construction Sectors. Green Wave Projects offers Project Management Services from project inception to delivery, managing client expectations in relation to project outcomes for time, cost, quality and compliance.

Since 2019 the focus has been to produce prefabricated buildings in the residential and tourism business construction sector. Green Wave Projects is offering both premium and affordable products to the market on a small footprint scale, integrated with the environment and sitting lightly on the land.

Claire O’Toole I Managing Director + Consulting Project Manager

Claire is passionate about sustainability, small footprint living and healthy, high performance dwellings. She wants to change the way people live, focusing on better indoor quality, reduced operating costs and sustainable choices of materials and finishes all woven together to allow more time and money for living.

A registered Builder (general construction/open) with over 20 years of industry experience in Australia and overseas,  she holds a bachelor of planning and design (building) and bachelor of building from the University of Melbourne.

Claire is the state treasurer of NAWIC (National Association of Women In Construction), president of AIB (Australian Institute of Building) Tasmanian chapter.

In Claire's work, she strives to capture and combine sustainable materials, innovative building, better health and high-performance.
